The Visible Mobile Plans You Get
Visible offers three plans for its customers. The most expensive runs at $45 per month. However, the network is always running a discount. Sometimes, you can get this plan for $40 monthly.
Also, the network offers the plans in such a way that you can pay the cellphone bill month to month. Or else, pay upfront once a year. That is annually for its plans.
Speaking of Visible plans for young working class adults, here is what I want you to know about each of them below.
Visible Plan
This is the cheapest plan out of all the Visible cell phone plans. Personally, I think it is designed for young working class adult starting out. It costs only $25 per month. During discount period, you can get $5 discount off it. Simply put, you get $20 per month for a whole year.
But, you have to be lucky to get it during the discount offer period. So, what do I want you to know about this particular cell phone plan?
Well, it comes with unlimited data, talk and text. The best part of this is it is on Verizon network infrastructure. What this means, you get the same kind of coverage as Verizon network since it is operating out of the network’s backbone. If you know Verizon very well, its coverage hits almost every inch of the United States.
Furthermore, there is a free unlimited hotspot. You get to use your phone for that. This is not the case for many cell phone networks. Particularly cricket, I used to be with them and I paid extra to be able to use its hotspot.
For anyone on the go like me who may want to work during a downtime, Visible unlimited hotspot is a bonus to the price of the plan. You get 5Mbps hotspot on the go, whenever you want. Just know like every other network, it may be slowed during busy periods.
What Else Do You Get With Visible Plan?
This plan gets you a smartwatch service for $10 per month. Not only do you get a smartwatch service for this amount, but also there is a $10 per month discount on Home internet. That is if you want to get your home internet with them.
Not sure about you, but you and me know there is no wifi at that price range. Hell, I am currently paying about $45 for home wifi on Spectrum network. So, that tells you all you need to know right there.
What about international calls on this plan, my good reader?
Well, you can make unlimited call and text to Mexico and Canada just like Mint International calls. In fact, I noticed this seems to be the norm with most American cell phone networks. The international calls and texts to countries in North America are usually free.
Finally, there is a Global Pass for avid travelers who like to use their cell phones outside of the United States. This pass starts at $5 per day. It comes with unlimited data, call and text. It beats getting a local mobile plan in the country you travel to.
Visible+ Plan
The Visible+ plan is the second cheap plan on the network’s arsenal. It costs $35 per month to get into this plan. You may get a $5 discount per month for a whole, when you get it during the introductory offer periods.
So, how does this plan save you money?
You get unlimited data, text and call plus free mobile hotspot with this plan. Additionally, you get unlimited talk and text to Mexico and Canada. The network claims with the Visible+ plan, the network service experience will be premium.
This is evident during watching videos. On the regular basic plan- Visible plan, you get up to 480 SD quality video. With the Visible+ plan, you get an HD quality video. To simplify, you get up to 1080p quality video.
Speaking of mobile hotspot, it is twice as faster than the basic plan mentioned earlier. On this plan, you are getting 10Mbps. That is not bad at all.
What Else Is Different?
With this plan, you have an unlimited pass to more than 140 countries. This is the same as the basic visible plan. Here is where it differs.
For annual plan members, this plan lets you have 12 free days of Global pass. By annual plan members here, I mean for people who pay for one year of service upfront. Regular monthly plan users only get one free global pass.
Visible+ Pro
The Visible+ Pro is the most expensive plan in the Visible cell phone plans. It will cost you $45 per month. Sometimes, the plan costs about $40 during discount period.
So, you get everything in the other two plans with the additional things below.
- Two Global Pass per month. This will save you $20, compared to the two other plans.
- Up to 4K UHD quality video.
- Mobile hotspot which is thrice as fast as the other two plans.
When it comes to International calling, this plan gives you up to 500 minutes to 85 countries at no additional cost. There is also unlimited talk or text to Mexico, Canada, the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. This includes high speed internet. You get up to 2GB per day.
Usually, I will recommend Visible for the working class adults but it is also best for seniors on retirement plans. The only network which matches it is Mint mobile plans for seniors. This is because of its senior programs where you can get as low as $15 per month for a 12-month prepaid plan.
I highly recommend it for working class adults trying to set up a cheap phone plan for their parents or grandparents. In fact, there are other cellphone plans for seniors on a budget. I want to you to check them out first, before deciding to go with Visible. This is because there are other plans which cheaper than visible mobile plans.
On the whole, I am all about saving money on cellphone bills. Not only cellphone monthly bills, but also any other bill which eats into your monthly paycheck. With visible mobile plans, you can absolutely save money on cellphone bills.
